Villa Giulia is another of my favorite places in Palermo. It's located near the Foro Italico in Kalsa district and as a child I went there with my family to refuge from the traffic of the city in this beautiful park. I've taken the photos in this post under one of the most impressive Ficus macrophylla of Palermo. The largest of Italy is located in Piazza Marina and has more than 150 years! So imposing and monumental trees are a perfect setting for taking pictures!
